Elisa Panjang, our esteemed founder, has led a distinguished career, driven by an unwavering commitment to pangolin conservation in Sabah, Malaysia. Her efforts were first globally recognised in 2017, when she received the Wildlife Warrior Award from the Houston Zoo. This honour acknowledged her invaluable contributions to Sunda pangolin conservation and research, as well as her dedication to raising public awareness and promoting sustainable practices to protect pangolins.
